Positive: Nice property, deluxe room has a spa bath which was very nice, excellent size room. Some of the staff are nice.

Negative: They provided very small shampoo/body wash and wouldn’t replace them daily. I’ve asked why but they said we replace them every 2/3 days which I was very confused on as they are tiny, and run out with one bath/shower. Without the knowledge of them charging me, I’ve asked for some more shampoo but they gave me the whole set I.e. body wash, soap, conditioner and shampoo, and I asked for slippers as it’s hard floor and cold to walk on, and they charged it all at check out and they said you should’ve known as it’s written in the guest handbook, and they didn’t even say it when I asked for it over the phone or when they delivered it to my room which I found very sneaky and was taken aback, but they still charged me
